HOME DECOR 2010 – an interior decoration show in a new form
The idea of HOME DECOR has always been to attract experts from the sector and to create an environment favourable to the development of business cooperation. In 2010, we decided to change the form of the event to even better address the needs of exhibitors and professional clients.
A new wider scope
The scope of the show will be expanded in 2010. The segments associated with this event so far, such as:
- textiles (including decorative and upholstery fabrics, net curtains, curtains, curtain rods, towels, bed sheets, carpets, duvets and pillows)
- decorations (including Christmas tree decorations, decorations for Christmas, Easter and other occasions, decorative packaging)
- kitchen (including glass, china, ceramics, cutlery, kitchen accessories)
- room (including mirrors, clocks, flower stands, picture frames, candles, decorative ceramics, wooden and metal decorations)
- services related to interior finishing and decoration
will be enriched by products and services offered and promoted by exhibitors specialising in:
- interior decoration
- bathrooms and home spa, and
- furniture
Moreover, HOME DECOR will traditionally be accompanied by the Lighting and Light Technology Exhibition LUMINEXPO, and such prestigious design events as arena Design and moodForm (find out more about arena DESIGN and moodForm).
New services and opportunities
Our objective is to provide exhibitors with the greatest presentation opportunities and our clients with the widest access to information. In 2010 we decided to launch a series of services offered to both groups to maximise benefits from trade fair participation. These include Speaker's Corner (an opportunity to present a company on a seminar area), Hosted Buyers programme (a package of services to the exhibitors' key clients) or pre-arranged business talks.
Business focus
In 2010, HOME DECOR will become a strictly business-oriented show created by professionals from the sector for professionals from the sector. The invitation to HOME DECOR is addressed to:
- professional clients - representatives of super- and hypermarkets, chain stores selling home furnishings (managers of purchase departments), retailers (shop owners), wholesalers, representatives of online shops with interior decoration products, representatives of purchase departments in hotel chains, representatives of restaurants and developers
- designers - interior decoration studios, interior decorators, product designers, individual designers, visual artists, academies of fine arts, and
- property developers
Condensed form and new exposition
HOME DECOR 2010 will last shorter - three days (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) instead of four. To facilitate efficient exhibitors' presentation and to give an overview of market offers to professional clients, we will organise an exposition of the best exhibited products in 2010. Moreover, the upcoming edition of HOME DECOR will include many industry-oriented exhibitions, conferences and seminars.
